Opinion Research Interview Registration
 

Welcome to TAi-Tampa Bay.  Please answer the following questions in order to submit your name to TAi for potential use in upcoming in person opinion research.  Although we don't require you to answer all the questions below, the more information you provide, the better your chances of  participating in an upcoming survey.

Once you register, we will try to match you up with the first appropriate project.  You will be paid an honorarium of $50 or more depending on the subject and length of the project.  Most research projects are conducted at our office in Tampa. 

You must be able to get to our downtown Tampa office in order to participate in these projects.  You will need to bring photo ID with you when asked to participate in an interview.

As a potential participant for a market research interview, you are asked to read and understand the following procedures and responsibilities:

1)  When TAi reviews your file for participation in a market research panel, a telephone interviewer will call you with a preliminary set of questions.  You agree that you will answer the questions thoughtfully, completely, and honestly.  If you are not sure of an answer or cannot fully remember specific details about your habits or purchases, you will inform the interviewer.  In other words, you will not just give the answer you think will lead to your participation.

2)  If you are invited to participate at the conclusion of the telephone interview, you agree that you will accept only if you are certain you can fulfill your commitment (barring unforeseen emergencies).

3)  On the day of the panel, you agree to arrive 15 minutes early to help ensure the prompt commencement of the session.  Upon arrival, an interviewer will ask you to complete another set of questions to confirm your original responses.

4)  If a product, diary, or other task was assigned as part of the panel, you agree you will remember to bring it to the session.

5)  The subject matter of the panel is often withheld from public discussion and, if indicated during the session, you agree to abide by rules of confidentiality requested by the panel's moderator.

6)  In exchange for your participation and fulfillment of your responsibilities, you will be paid a cash incentive, the amount of which will be indicated during the original telephone interview (amounts vary).

7)  If, however, the responses you provide the day of the panel are not consistent with your original responses from the telephone interview, no cash incentive will be due you.
