Computers et al: Each client room is equipped with a computer and printer for exclusive use. High speed Internet access. Digital and analog phone lines in all rooms. Color printer available.

Audio/Video/DVD: Audio and video cassette tapes are routinely provided without charge for each group. In addition, DVD recordings are available for review in laptop or DVD players.

VideoMarker (CDs): Service is available, but good planning suggests you request it in advance.

Videoconferencing and Video Streaming: Via FocusVision® and ActiveGroup®.

Interviewer and Notetakers: In general we do not compete with our own client-moderators, but can on request provide an interviewer for mostly closed-end questions. Arrange in advance.

Client Assistants: A client assistant is assigned exclusively for the entire period clients are here. They (she/he) sit immediately next to the client room and handle any requests for service, with access to two high-speed copiers.

Inside Recruiting: We do virtually all of our own recruiting with recruiters and supervisors averaging 5 - 10 years experience. They are located in the staff office just 50 feet from the facility itself.

Client Service Managers: Your client service manager provides one-stop service, handling everything from bids to billing, checking in on you when you arrive here too. There is plenty of backup for those times when illness or vacation intervene.
