For your security, we have taken the following measures to protect your private information:

1. You are always welcome to call us at (813) 226-1800 to confirm any part of our procedures.  Ask for the Recruiting Supervisor.

2. We are members of a professional market research organization which specifically prohibits making available respondents’ names, addresses, and phone numbers to any company for sales or any other purpose without your prior written agreement.  If you are approached for this information by any client while you are at our facility (that includes the discussion leader) (a) we want you to inform us immediately, and (b) we advise you that you do not have to provide such information unless you understand in advance exactly how that information will be used and are satisfied your information will be used responsibly.  In general, however, we do believe the clients we work with are great companies and they will not mislead you.

3. To prevent the wrong person from showing up at our facility to represent you falsely, we will ask for photo I.D. when you appear for an interview or group.

4. When you register with us, you will receive a confirmation of receipt of your form, your completed form will be printed out, and your original e-mail submission will be erased.   You may also receive a telephone call confirming that you actually did want to register with us and that no one had registered you without your knowledge.

5. Printed forms are filed in a locked cabinet to be used as backup if the computer system goes down.  They are stored along with important corporate papers and other valuable items.  We probably cannot guarantee against theft, but so far it has not happened.

6. Registering for market research interviews is only the first step in the process.  We use the information you provide on your registration form to see if you qualify initially for a study, then call you up for information more specific to the study and also to check on your availability on a particular date at a particular time.  Finally you may be invited, but only occasionally and as needed.  This work is fun and interesting from time to time, but it is not to be construed as a part-time job.
